A New Ramp, A Deeper Welcome: Access to Worship for All

At the First Baptist Church, we believe worship is not a privilege for the few—it is a divine invitation extended to all. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce the installation of a new handicap access ramp at our sanctuary entrance. This isn’t just a structural upgrade—it’s a spiritual statement.
Worship Without Barriers
The ramp stands as a visible declaration of our commitment to inclusion, dignity, and belonging. It ensures that every person—regardless of physical ability—can enter the house of the Lord with ease, confidence, and joy.
“Then the master said to the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.”  — Luke 14:23 (KJV)
Jesus’ parable reminds us that the invitation to worship is for everyone. The ramp is our way of saying: “Come in. You are welcome here.”
